I had to cancel this storage and lost my $20 deposit. Not a location i will ever choose again based on that customer service, nor refer to anyone.

PETER L | Overall ExperienceThe staff is great and i just upgraded to a much larger unit. Even though i had most everything on pallets in the unit, there was water damage to lots of boxes on back wall and floor was wet hence the rating. The staff is 5 out of 5 stars and this location is my go to now for all my bookings with uhaul if they have the equipment available. If it wasn't for the leaking or moisture built up from humidity it would of been 5/5 across the board.

Frank S | Overall ExperienceWe only had this storage unit for 2 months, when we went to remove our belongings the entire unit had been infested with mice. There were droppings and stains over all our furniture. No food was stored in there not sure of the attraction but it was gross. Our couch went right in the dump.

We had a break in to one of our units and they stole some valuable items. No cameras on that side of the building. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

Richard S | Overall ExperienceOn my second month there when I went to get some items out of the unit my things were full of condensation and there was bugs in my unit. I went to speak to the representative at the desk and I asked him if this was normal and explain that I felt that the whole point of paying for a storage unit was so that you could count on your items being OK. The day I was there even the hallways smelled musty. When I explained the situation to the representative At the desk he looked at me and said “well what do you want me to do about it”. Thats why i moved my things out.
