The key drop box is NOT near the drop off location...inconvenient!

WILLIAM JI use this location for my truck rentals and storage on 42. The office staff, especially Brenda, is wonderful in customer service. They go out of their way to explain everything involved with the truck and storage rental, answer any questions, polite, and in general just helpful. If you need a truck or storage give Randolph Storage - Brookway Rd. Asheboro a call.

CALEB CAlthough the inside of the truck that I rented wasn't clean, it did not take away from this experience. The employees were helpful and kind. They were quick with their service and the whole experience was a breeze. I will definitely use them again for any future Uhaul needs.

Paulina GThe auto carrier I rented was great. The only problem I had was the tire tydown on the passenger side was had to use. The ratchet needs to be replaced.
Jerry PMight be good to know ahead of time that when you return on a one-way rental, you have to be at the return location on the U-Haul app. I had no idea and we had to drive back 20 miles to do it. Other than that it was a good experience.

My almost problem was the opening between the flooring of the vehicle hauler was almost too wide for a narrower vehicle like the 1965 VW I went to pick up and transport. U Haul may want to also invest in total solid flatbed vehicle haulers for this reason.
MICHAEL SClosed at 3 pm in the afternoon on a Saturday??? Not clear where to park. Online return experience not the greatest. Wouldn’t upload photos on my phone without multiple tries. Nothing made us feel welcome or comfortable or appreciated as customers.
