Earl and his wife provided top-notch service! They made sure I had the right equipment to hook up my trailer and were friendly, easy to work with, and great communicators throughout the process. They treated me like family. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family!

This place is off a random side road, when you arrive it is covered by a moat-like ditch and line of overgrown trees with an opening at what appears to be an ancient log bridge. There's absolutely zero signage or addressing, but some random Uhauls parked in the street. When you pull onto the bridge and through the tree line, you're greeted with what looks like a junk yard, a barn and a house that probably isn't lived in, but entirely unclear this is an actual business, absolutely looks partially abandoned & super sketchy, even the Uhauls were all faded like they were bought at auction somewhere (considering the whole junk yard scenario). We were approached by a guy who looked like was loitering outside with another man, told us to come inside the propped open side door to the house structure, into a filthy "office" (converted room?) with no lights on and could see the house was otherwise empty. This genuinely felt like the kind of place where you get your identity stolen, and quite frankly if I was alone I would not have in any way even got out of the car. The man clicked on some computer things while looking at his phone, didn't make any conversation, other loitering guy is just standing in this dark room behind us without saying a word, then I was asked for my ID. I asked how my information would be protected if I handed him my ID to screen shot on his cell phone and was berated for my concern, given the worst attitude I have every experienced from a stranger, and then told to download the app if I had a problem (I don't want another app on my phone). Then, we go to walk out and leave, but a woman he called (unknown to us) from somewhere else on the property comes up to assist me and he storms out the door with the other silent loitering guy. The woman was incredibly nice, very helpful, walked me through the process of check in & explained everything to me - while the first guy complained loudly outside the door the entire time. I explained my concern to her about how uncomfortable the place felt & how disrespectful the man was, she was very understanding & said it was a rough week (that attitude was way worse than a rough week). We completed check in with the lady then went outside to hook up the trailer, the first guy then comes to assist her with hook up, asks me what is so concerning about this property like he actually wanted to fix his attitude and understand my concerns as a customer - When I tried to answer him, he was insulted before I could even finish explaining, interrupted me to talk more crap to me like I had shot his dog while looking him in the eye. We got out of there as fast as we could, but absolutely DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to feel like you're about to be murdered & have your body hidden in the trunk of an abandoned vehicle. The woman there was the only saving grace and the ONLY reason we didn't leave immediately.
Krystal HCustomer service was friendly, and that's the only reason I gave 3 stars. The front cab of the truck had leftover McDonalds laying on the floor, and the back wasn't swept out.

Your website and app are equally terrible and the only reason we even got underway with our truck was because there was somebody onsite who was familiar with the absurdity of the process. Complete fail on U-Haul’s part, zero culpability on the contractors end.

MIchele DI found out 5' by 8' enclosed trailers have an access point to lock the trailer on the hitch. I asked the person if I could and he sold me an item that doesn't ensure that the hitch was locked onto the trailer. We traveled a lot and stayed at hotels/motels where I didn't want to unload the trailer every night. So I seen these little peep hole on the trailer, stuck a pin in it, and it actually locked the hitch on to the ball. Anyway everything worked out great.

Karla MU-haul why don’t you guys give her some dollys? You guys changed my location and no dolly. I had to move all this furniture by hand. No notifications on no dolly. And on the website it says reservation guarantee or $50. My reservation wasn’t guaranteed and no dolly. No system in place to notify or warn the customer. If I had more time, I would have cancelled the entire order and demanded a refund. Please notify the customer on what you have and don’t have available before the actually day of. Huge waste of time!! The lady who setup the rental was so nice to me!! If she had ran this setup, I would have had the dolly and the location requested.

Andrew BThe only thing I can note would be to have better signage at this location for UHaul Customers. Since it is also a mechanic's shop, it was hard to tell where to go. Besides that, the staff was super friendly and helpful. 10/10 experience for my first time renting a Uhaul!

Mark DLocation was fine but the trailer needs service. It was bouncing every time it his a bump in the road. Leaf springs were completely rusted.
BENJAMIN SStaff was very helpful and friendly! There was a very kind gentlman that came ot and helped us hitch the trailer. When we returned the trailer, a huge storm started! The office manager came outside with an umbrellla in the pouring rain and helped us unhitch the Uhaul trailer. She was amazing! I would definitly reccomend renting from this location! This will be our Uhaul place from now on!
