U-haul why don’t you guys give her some dollys? You guys changed my location and no dolly. I had to move all this furniture by hand. No notifications on no dolly. And on the website it says reservation guarantee or $50. My reservation wasn’t guaranteed and no dolly. No system in place to notify or warn the customer. If I had more time, I would have cancelled the entire order and demanded a refund. Please notify the customer on what you have and don’t have available before the actually day of. Huge waste of time!! The lady who setup the rental was so nice to me!! If she had ran this setup, I would have had the dolly and the location requested.

Andrew BThe only thing I can note would be to have better signage at this location for UHaul Customers. Since it is also a mechanic's shop, it was hard to tell where to go. Besides that, the staff was super friendly and helpful. 10/10 experience for my first time renting a Uhaul!

Mark DLocation was fine but the trailer needs service. It was bouncing every time it his a bump in the road. Leaf springs were completely rusted.
BENJAMIN SStaff was very helpful and friendly! There was a very kind gentlman that came ot and helped us hitch the trailer. When we returned the trailer, a huge storm started! The office manager came outside with an umbrellla in the pouring rain and helped us unhitch the Uhaul trailer. She was amazing! I would definitly reccomend renting from this location! This will be our Uhaul place from now on!

Clay BVery disappointed- wasted over an hour at my initial location which did not have my reserved trailer, despite my calling and confirming the day before. They then made a reservation at the next location which had not even opened yet.
