Reservation was for pick up at 2:00 on Sunday. Location was closed when I got there. Made phone calls and nobody answered. Called U-Haul and 45 minutes later finally transferred to a regional manager who told me to take pictures and hook up and take the trailer myself. Never again. Home Depot rental. Much happier people with a touch of customer service.

No military, AAA, or senior discounts were available. Rental process took a long time at the counter. Female employee was not trained in how to rent U-Haul equipment and would not even get out of her chair to talk with me, the customer. 15" trailer tounge is heavy, be sure to have two people to lift onto truck hitch as you will not get help from store .
