There was no drop box for the key as the mobile directions said. I took the key inside the convenience store and gave it to the clerk.

They gave me the wrong truck. The truck they gave me was scheduled to be down for maintenance. (No air, bad brakes)!!! When I realized it was the wrong truck. The movers were there and I had to take the time to go back to the store and get the correct truck. The blankets were scattered throughout the truck and I had the wrong dolly. Not a great experience and not even an apology. Would not recommend this company.
