Showed them a picture proving that I had returned the fuel to the proper level. Nothing else was mentioned. Received a $28 charge later that day claiming I was 6 gallons short. After getting no help in disputing, I disputed the charge with my credit card comlany

Darla KThe person I saw about getting the key did not know what they were doing. I had to call UHaul myself to clear things up. The bed of the truck was filthy. There was trash in the bed. I left the location and once I got to my destination I realized I didn’t get the dozen blankets I ordered. When I returned the truck I told the attendant that I didn’t get the blankets and not to charge me. A few minutes later I received my receipt from U-Haul and I was charged for the blankets and also charged for the $15 insurance when I selected the $5 insurance online when I reserved the truck. I have rented U-Haul trucks dozens of times over the last 40 years. By far the worst experience I’ve had.
