The drop off in Superior, NE was horrible the employee Jason and Manager Brad were complete *******s! See reference # 4596135 in reference to complaint to U-Haul customer service. They were just as rude to U-Haul customer service agent. It took Regional Manager Jason Runge who was great to set things straight with Rays auto sales!

ZACHARY DELORDHaving the left hand knowing right hand is doing, your communication internally isn’t very good. Having someone drive 90 miles to pickup your products isn’t giving you a good impression of service. The young lady in your reservation services was very rude. Called me lair saying that I did not get a email from from you saying that my rental was available in town and could be pickup the next day, I still have the email. The local dealers where very highly professional and pleasant to work with.

Kaitlyn MooreTruck shortage meant I had to drive almost 100 miles one way to pick up truck. To be fair discounts were applied but it still cost me a half day and an extra $100 for gas.
