The truck I received showed an error about 6 miles into my 700 mile drive. The trac assist (I believe) needed serviced which did not allow for cruise control to operate at all, requiring 10 hours of holding the pedal down. In addition to that, only at the last minute was it confirmed my truck would be there. Up until the day before I was told the truck may or may not be available in the correct location, despite having booked it months ago. This is unnecessary added stress to somebody moving a house 12 hours, after having giving notice/booking. Also, the return location did not even provide a large enough space to pull the truck/trailer into. I don't think I'll use u-haul again, sounds like Penske is much more reliable.
