My reservation was cancelled not once but four times over a three day period!! And pickup was not supposed to be this location. On my fourth and final reservation ,I was told sometimes the app will relocate your pickup location. Mine was made for i27 and western but when I showed up there to pickup the truck, they said it was actually this much further location. Then when I got there, it was closed so everything had to be done on the app and it was lagging bad. I kept having to call and speak to someone. Then to top it off, when I got in the U-Haul, it was less than 1/8 of a tank!! I had to put gas before even starting the move!! Very aggravating. Will never move with U-Haul again.

This experience was an absolute disaster. I wanted to cancel my reservation but I was literally stranded, without a vehicle, with out shelter because this location was closed. I was very unable. To improve, inform your customer that this location is App Based Only!! And provide the requested Dollie’s and make the customer drive all over town to locate and be charged the additional mileage!

The service was outstanding! Kind, friendly, helpful, and she made sure we had everything we needed. I will absolutely go back to this location again and tell everyone I know if they are renting a U-haul to rent here!

When we arrived at the dropoff location it was not open due to the holiday which we also were not aware of. So I was able to take it to another location in Amarillo and that person was great to work with. The first location also did not answer the phone when we called and they were not open.
