There's not much that can be improved on this U-Haul dealer. This was a great place for a U-Haul rental. I needed a particular size vehicle and it was available here. The gentleman that helped me was very helpful and personable and it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. He made sure everything was understood about the contract and walked me through what needed to be done before actually driving off just to make sure everything was correct and to protect me against any mistakes. I was thoroughly satisfied with this business and this rental and would absolutely go back here next time I needed to rent a U-Haul. I highly recommend this as a place for a U-Haul rental.
James RThis was the most professional service I have ever received from a U-Haul representative. During pickup, the representative reviewed all safety features, helped me adjust the mirrors, and made sure I knew how to use the app and who to contact if a problem arose.

Aiyanna CThe truck had no gas in the tank. It had not been cleaned from the previous user. The inside of the windshield was filthy, could barely see out it. The front brakes are in need of replacement, did not know this until after we got it loaded on the road from GA to CT. The location had no place to park when you arrive.

john jWhat’s the address I was sent to to know U-Haul existed. There wasn’t a very unsafe environment. Finally got through to U-Haul national and got a address to return it to which was again a complete junkyard and not a safe environment.
