Had reserved a truck in march for the end of April, in McPherson ks, went in the office a week prior to make sure everything was ready for me then when it was time to pick it up there was no truck. Then they sent me to another location that wasn’t open. So then was sent another location that was 30 miles from the second location. When I got there no one was there and it was gated. Finayhot a hold of someone and finally got a truck I was 3 hours late and had missed my location appointment to pick up my keys for my new place and had to wait till the next day to unload and drop off the truck. I was a mess but the people at Hutchinson ks, were kind and the people over the phone were doing their best to figure it out so after getting the truck things got better.

Make sure someone is at the site when a customer is scheduled to arrive. Other than that, I appreciate the fact I got reimbursed for not having the truck as long as I thought I would and the utility dolly reimbursement. .
