The attic leaked in the truck.
Deanna MThey had no dollys, kid there seemed more interested in his girlfriend then customer service, truck had 7/16 tank of gas which i returned with slightly more then when i returned and yet they had the gull to charge me for 3 gallons of gas @5.25 per gallon which totally pissed me off but thank god customer service made it right! You can have that uhaul dealership, I will NEVER use them again, as i was asked to use them altho it was 3 times further away... and thats how i was treated! No thank you, never again will I use the Scott Blvd uhaul!!! They suck!
Michael-David HThey did not supply equipment I needed. They did find me some blankets but my furniture was damaged and no furniture dolly make moving heavy items very hard. The moving crew packed stuff and broke and damaged several pieces of furniture. To improve They need yo make sure they have the equipment ordered. Someone needs to be there during operating hours. We had to wait at the gate for someone to come.
Susan WNo Taillights, stop lamps, turn signals were operatonal, check engine light did come on. On site managers were very nice
