Friday night before my sat AM pickup I stopped over to the U-Haul store to confirm the pickup Sat morning. I was told I can come anytime and they will be there to take care of it. I went Sat AM and the wife of the manager did not speak English, and I was told I could not pick up the trailer till 11: OO AM. I had people coming over to help load and I had to postpone it due to me not being able to pick up the trailer. At 11:00 I went back and the guy was still not there, but he took care of it over the phone. I have rented many times over the years, and I have found that some of your venders who rent out the equipment are such lousy people and not very nice. One guy in Pahokee FL would not even help me lift the trailer hitch onto my hitch. i had to go home and pick up some cement blocks to put them in the back to lighten up the tong weight so I could lift it. some of the people are very nice but for the, most part are dirt bags. William SAssociate would not hook up trailer to vehicle/ did not know how to hook up trailer to vehicle. Did not inspect trailer before or after pickup.
