The location does not need improvement. But the U-Haul application options for reserving accessories needs improvement for more accuracy. Especially for items like a furniture dolly, utility dolly, appliance dolly, and moving pads, the area locations are undersupplied and causes an unsatisfactory experience for the customer. I reserved 2 dollies and moving pads, and none were available at this site or a dozen nearby sites. It is not the fault of the location, but of the corporate supply provider.
Richard WPamela was an absolute dream to work with, and very accommodating. I do wish there was a better check in process so that she would have been more equipped to help. We had to call someone who was very difficult to understand over the phone and they had to do all the check in on their side. It was complicated and frustrating, but Pamela was calm and consistent throughout. Very nice, I would come back just for her.
Randi SI picked up the truck at the gas station, and a very kind gentleman assisted me. The whole process was quick and easy, which made my move to my new home so much smoother. Returning the truck to the same location was just as simple. The vehicle was excellent, and the service was outstanding. I truly had a great experience from start to finish.

CHAD WThis pick up site was a gas station. Not an actual UHaul facility. The gas station attendant was very nice and friendly. However she is not a UHaul employee and had no support from UHaul. I had A LOT of problems checking in. I had to call UHaul and they were not very helpful. Next time I would definitely be sure to pick up at an actual UHaul facility.
