The gentleman working there did his best but the truck I had been assigned was not road-worthy to leave town, let alone the province. After having my pick up location moved here because there were no trucks at the location I had originally booked, then this location does not have dollies or other supplies/equipment (which I had booked online), then I had to drive this rattletrap to yet a third location. U-haul scheduling department is useless and this company is going downhill fast.

The towels in the back were all over the place and I had to fold them. The cab of the truck was dirty and I took pictures. The transmission in the truck clearly wasn’t working properly and the drivers side door didn’t close properly. I’ll be posting a google review as well.
