Took some time accessing the key. App was not handling information efficiently and once we got code to unlock lockbox it was difficult to open also. Also ordered furniture dolly but nothing was in the truck. Will be asking for refund.

Blankets were not provided as originally ordered. Since location was closed, I had to go secure other blankets from a different location which was an inconvenience due to lost time, additional mileage and cost.
