The truck was one of the roughest riding I've ever been in. A new truck that rode like one that was 20 years old. The thing shook and rocked horribly. Wheels must have been out of balance or something. The steering wheel wasn't positioned correctly either, if you were to hold it in the proper position while going down the road, you'd be in the ditchAndrew S.

Pick up location was great. However, will never use Uhaul. My location was confirmed for a closer location, however later changed to this location several more miles away and about 45 minutes from where I needed. Although, the mileage price was dropped. When one reserves a service and is told that is what they are receiving that is what they should get, this was not the case. I was very disappointed with uhaul, and will make sure that I let others know as well.Stephen B.

Get a scanner to enter driver's license info to input into the system, rather than force me to download the U-Haul app to do it. What if I don't have a smart phone? No rental? That's bad business strategy.Evan Van L.

I would say be more forthright with the total cost of the rental. In addition, .99 cents per mile seems to be a little steep. I only used the truck for a total of 20 miles, so the mileage was half the cost of the actual rental.Chuck M.

We had a great experience with our uHaul rental. There was an error during the check in /check out process using the mobile app. The process was a bit confusing. The truck was well cleaned, well maintained, and I was very happy we got the size truck we had reserved, as this has not always been the case at other locations. The gentleman that assisted with our rental was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He made sure we were happy with our rental and that our move went smoothly. We are also renting a storage unit from this location and we are very happy with the assistance we have received during our move. I look forward to renting from this location again in the fall for our next move.John C.

The Granny's attic was full of dirt. I know demand was high but I had to change rentals numerous times. I also thought that .99 cents a mile was quite excessive. I was a few hours over in the return....I over slept, and they forgave the 2nd day charge which was much appreciated considering the higher than expected charges.Pamela Ann P.

The gentleman who helped me was exceptional in explaining everything to me & showing me all I needed tio know. I'm a 60yr old lady & didn't have any problems w/driving a truck (I thought I might0. Please give the man 'kudos' for going above & beyond what most people I've dealt with... sorry didnt' get his name. He deserves an excellent performance rating w/his knowledge, customer service & patience he had w/me. Wish all were like him. All the hidden ways you try to charge extra are outrageous. The check in process I went through while returning the truck was inconvenient and difficult, but if I couldn't get it done you would have charged me extra, which no one explained beforehand. The location I returned the truck to had no cell reception but I had to be on site to go through the actual check in, so I had to leave to get cell service but had to stay to check in. The different renting rates weren't clear when I paid. Overall although the equipment was fine and the person I rented from was polite and professional some of your standard practices need to be reviewed and improved.JOHN ROBERT F.
