How U-Haul Reviews Workthe unit on the inisde and in the packing/storage area was dirty. I had to sweep out before I could load any items and smelled of urine
catherine gmaybe not charge a customer for 100 miles when the total of my round trip was 11 miles and the agent at the uhaul office new exactly where i was going with the truck and that I would have it less then 6 hours, my total was 60 but i have a hold of 197.00 that can take until next week to reimburse. this is causing a financial strain as i need another truck this weekend same destination but unfortunately do not have another 200 sitting around while i wait for my refund of the initial last weekend amount
catherine gBeen to many U-Haul locations. This one was probably the best.
