Very professional and explained everything clearly
ANGELA FAuto transport was not connected to truck as requested. The auto transport ratchets were old and bound up and it took 20 mins for me, not U-Haul person to fix the issue. Upon trying to unload the car at the other end that same ratchet was bound up and took 30 mins to wiggle it loose as ratchet didn’t work.
Anthony RI think it's ridiculous that you charge $25 cleaning fee. That's a lot for a moving truck. The truck wasn't clean to begin with and than to get charged a fee for what!!!
