The location was very helpful with the process. On the uhaul end, that was a disaster. The website said the vehicle was not ready even though 2 were sitting in the lot. I had to go inside and talk to someone over facetime for 20 minutes to figure it out because the customer service number didn't pick up. the website said I would be able to do it all myself, but that was not even close to true

Mike GThis location closes at 4:30. Vehicles were available. However, during my attempt to reserve vehicle online the vehicle went from available to unavailable since the time was just shy of 4. Was kicked out of the reservation at the online checkout with a message that vehicle is no longer available. Had to physically enter the store for assistance. The manager was kind and went above and beyond to assist with the rental. I am very thankful and would most certainly rent from this location for my future projects.
kenny bRenting from this location was a pleasure. I had to pick up a bed from BJ's and the 10' truck was perfect. The employee was great where I picked up the truck from. I would rent from this location again.
