They didn't ask where we wanted to drop off the auto transport when we got home. I didn't realize that they had put in a location for Elizabeth, Illinois until we returned home. While it looks close to Bellevue, Iowa on a map there is a river between us. It would have been a 70 mile drive to get there. I had to call to change the location to Dubuque, Iowa which is only 30 miles. Didn't even come out to help hooking up.Marvin B.

WE PICKED UP THE TRUCK AND DROPPED IT OFF HERE. THESE PEOPLE ARE MORONS AND INCOMPETENT. DO NOT GIVE YOU ALL OR THE CORRECT INFORMATION. I WAS CHARGED FOR A HAND TRUCK AND NONE WERE FOUND AROUND THIS WHOLE AREA. I HAD TO CALL TO BITCH AND COMPLAIN TO GET THE HAND TRUCK MONEY BACK!clayton P.

I reserved a truck at a location near my home on the website. I showed up at that location early to pickup the truck only to be told my reserved truck was at a location 10 mikes away. I had to call around for a ride eventually getting a truck. On the return I tried to return the truck to the nearest uhaul because it was very convenient but was told I had to return it to the same place I picked it up 10 miles away. So I will not use uhaul again.Ritchie H.
Had to drive to another ZIP code (city) to pick up my rental, passed 2 U Haul places much closer each had two (2) car trailers in their lot, waste of time my time and fuel. The place I was sent to had computers that were offline took 40 minutes to get the rental. Trailer had damage on it I had to point it out to the rep., he put a sticker on it.Mike L.

Very horrible experience changed location of pickup 4 times. Did not have appliance dolly at pickup location had to got to another location to rent it. Pickup locations very good experience but UHAUL CORP cannot get vehicles to location you want to pick it up at. Poor experience for corporate policies.LARRY L.

Items were not ready for pickup, I had to physically move 3 other trailers in order to access the trailer I was going to rent, the trailer itself was in bad condition, wires for reverse/brake lights, were cut.. The ratchets straps on the trailer were beyond rust.leroy G.

I was disappointed that the truck didn't have a ramp. Any other time I've ever rented a U-Haul the trucks have always had a ramp to load and unload the furniture on and off the truck. Not having this made things a little difficult. I also rented a dolly and it was of no use to me because of this. I wasted my money for it. So if I ever have to rent a truck again and it doesn't have a ramp, I won't rent it. I also think that .99 a mile is rediculous.WENDY L.
