This survey is based off of Lena’s Grooming Shop in Fairfield Texas. This is where I reserved my pickup. 1st I reserved a 10 ‘ truck and the day before I was suppose to pick it up I was called and told the 1’ was not available and I would have to upgrade to a 15’ for $61 the customer service rep was extremely nit customer service service friendly so I just advised to book the 15’ because I was not offered any other options. Then I go to pick up on 4/10/26 @ 6pm and the keys were not left in the lockbox, again my interactions with your customer service team were not customer service friendly and the only option I was given was to drive 40 miles away to pick up a 15’ truck in a storm while I had loaders waiting at my house. When asked for some type of compensation I was told there was nothing he could do other than add 50 miles to my reservation and do you still want the reservation or not? I felt held hostage and at that point I had no choice other than to go and get the truck in Corsicana. Refs was excellent they treated me with excellent customer service and advised me of the U-Haul guarantee policy that if you do not have the truck I reserved that I was to get a &50 discount where all 3 U-Haul customer service reps and manager told me it was not guaranteed and there was no compensation for my inconveniences. The truck was clean and in good shape.

MARK SRed and his crew were excellent. Very nice and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I’ve used UHaul rentals many times in the past and this one was the best experience so far. Don’t go anywhere else.
SOLON REverything was great at Reds. The only thing that I question was that I was told that we had 24 hours to return the trailer, to a Yoakum, TX location. However, when we looked at the paperwork when we got on the road home, it indicated that we booked the trailer at 12:12 pm, but said we had to return it by 10:00 am the next day, only 22 hours. We had it returned on time by 10:00 am the next day, however that extra two hours would have really helped me out. Everything else was great!

CLAY JLocation was closed at 4:30p on Saturday with no notice. Lot was blocked by cars and trucked parked in exit lanes and I couldn’t get out. Simone showed up at 5:00pm after numerous calls and said they were closed for a funeral. Person was very nice and helpful in getting me unhooked and out the exit.
DANE SThe gentleman that helped me was very nice and made renting a uhaul super easy.
MONICA PI was originally supposed to pick up 20’ truck at your 45th and 7th location BUT when I arrived there was no truck! I had to drive back to the other side of town and pick up truck. Then the reservation was put in wrong for transferring the location. Then the guy at Reds was VERY slow. He was friendly but doesn’t respect others time.
CHARLEEN MI have to say, this is the best U-Haul rent experience I’ve had ever. I’ve rented at least five times in the last five years. Red was extremely helpful and gave first class service.

VICTOR OWas picking up a Honda side by side and the 6x12 trailer has a ramp that makes the 6 feet become 4 foot 10 the U-Haul guy pointed that out and thankfully he rented me the toy hauler instead. It would have been a bad day to find that out after driving 2 1/2 hours. I have returned here before so second time using this company. I Will always use these guys from here on out.
JOHN MNo one was there when I arrived at my scheduled time. No one answered after 5 calls and voicemails. They finally called back after 4hours. Parking lot is packed so tight they had to move 2 trailers to get mine out.
