Make your services better by assuring that equipment is where it’s supposed to be when it is supposed to be there. I had to pick this up at this location and the auto hauler at another location which ended up being a trailer instead of the dolly. I had to chase all over to get the equipment because someone canceled my equipment that I originally ordered in River Falls. A couple of these places told me that it doesn’t do any good to reserve because it doesn’t guarantee that the equipment will be there.

They were very helpful and called U-Haul to get me money back because it said I was late when I was given extra days because the equipment wasn’t where it was supposed to be. They helped me out as much as they could, but they also said that reserving a U-Haul doesn’t matter because other people just take it and it’s never there when people come to pick it up. Yeah. I don’t know when you stay over. Do you want it in there or not and then? Help
