Great service Nice staff
Gary SMake your services better by assuring that equipment is where it’s supposed to be when it is supposed to be there. I had to pick this up at this location and the auto hauler at another location which ended up being a trailer instead of the dolly. I had to chase all over to get the equipment because someone canceled my equipment that I originally ordered in River Falls. A couple of these places told me that it doesn’t do any good to reserve because it doesn’t guarantee that the equipment will be there.
randie sThey were very helpful and called U-Haul to get me money back because it said I was late when I was given extra days because the equipment wasn’t where it was supposed to be. They helped me out as much as they could, but they also said that reserving a U-Haul doesn’t matter because other people just take it and it’s never there when people come to pick it up. Yeah. I don’t know when you stay over. Do you want it in there or not and then? Help
