The only thing I would say is that when reserving equipment you should let people know that there is not what was ordered. Who has a 26' moving truck and no dolly? The people in Redwood Falls were very nice but it made our move a bit crazy.

Sarah TI was not able to access my truck at the requested time, and there were several items I was not able to get and was not made aware that they would not be available until one day before, which left me no time to make other arrangements. There was damage to furniture during our move as a result of there being no furniture covers available. I was very disappointed.
