The location is fine and everything. On the app, the final step to rent a truck was confusing. I was unable to tell that there were links next to the checkboxes to open the term/agreement and that those links needed to be open before checking off the boxes.

Ernesto sThis is the second time I rented a U-Haul truck at this location. The person handling the rental is Ali and he is friendly and professional. He is the main reason I rented again at this location. He walks you through the process of renting so you know everything there is to know about your rental. There are no surprises. I certainly will rent from there again if I need to in the future.

James PService was great but I was not happy with the fact I had above amount of gas and it wasn’t deducted and wish I knew that when I applied for the vehicle.
Arthur lThe pick up was a little bit of a process. I was under the impression that I would have 24/7 assess when picking up the van but when I got there, they have the key box; but only to drop off not to pick up. The attendant Ali was super rude, only thing he said to me was I have it full you return it full. That was it. When I came back to drop off the van, the same attendant Ali was there and was so disrespectful. We thought we had filled up the tank but it was about 1/12 away from hitting the full line. He walks up to the van and goes no it’s not full. Before we knew it he got in the van drove to the gas pump and started putting gas in the van for four seconds (that how long it took for the gas handle to pop, indicating that the tank was completely full) all while the van was still running. This was super dangerous especially with my fiancé and in laws standing there with me. The service was just horrible. Never using them again.

That said, the van smelled horrible and the volume dial of the radio did not work...it was either no radio or ear busting loud. The van smelled awful please uhual figure out a way to deodorize between rentals.

Only negative to point out was the inside of the van was a bit dirty and had sticky liquid, guessing from prior renters. Will definitely recommend this location over others.

Tamara SI ordered 2 hand trucks when I reserved a 10 ft truck. AFTER I checked out the truck a clerk told me they didn’t have the hand trucks I ordered. The movers that I hired (Jay Rio from Movinghelp) told me they had hand truck, but turned out it was missing a wheel. So I ended up picking up a hand truck from a friend to make sure the move went smoothly. Both Uhaul and the Movinghelp failed their customer.

zhenhuan xNone of the things I reserved were there to use for my moving experience. The man who assisted me with the order was a very poor communicator. He didn’t seem very friendly at all and acted as if I was bothering him when I told him I was here for the truck I reserved. The truck was very old. It did not have a ramp attached which I thought it would due to the videos on the website. I was given an old dolley to move my items but it was very difficult to use and there was no ramp to push it into the truck which made everything much more difficult and take more time to move.
Preston WVery old truck. Engine has no power at all. Loud noise everywhere while driving. Nasty inside. Not recommend.
Linh TThe worst customer service I’ve had. Clearly, in this man’s country they treat women like second class citizens. He was rude, obnoxious, and unhelpful. He had no sign on his gas station that says U-Haul. I drove around the blocks trying to find the location. I finally went door to door asking for info. I found it was the right location when I entered the office and saw a hand size sticker on the door. He made no apologies for the Difficulties find him.
Bob SI had added a hand truck & moving pads but after checking both were not there. If I didn't check I would have never known and not even the attendant notified me until I complained. His only answer was they didn't have any and they were rented out but he didn't bother to call me before arriving or even before I took the truck.

Edwin CThe AC was broken and the gas gauge never moved off of full which may run out of gas without knowing you are low on gas. I also had an issue with drop off where the app would not connect to the location services although location service were on and the uhaul app was allowed to access. Other than that the rental was great and I will use this station again.. The owner Ali is always super nice and helpful..

Michael OCons: Van was filthy both inside and out. Too many other activities going on, needs additional employees. Being generous drive from pick up 2 my home 76th road from home 2 ikea 63 st rego park, back 2 my home. Then from home 2 drip off. No fuel needed prior to drop off. Overcharged. 6 miles. Pros: Fast pickup, location and polite employee.

Tom N2 bald tires, didn’t have a dolly available or packing blankets. Returned to the rental location, 4 of the same box trucks were parked. Ask if the bald tires could be switched out, renter told me those are local box trucks and to call customer service. Had to wait and was delayed 2 hours for roadside assistance to replace the tires.
