This is the worst experience I’ve had using a Uhaul. I would not rent again. I paid for and requested dollie’s and moving mats. I received none in the truck. Afterward when trying to call there was an HOUR wait when turning in the truck. Not to mention when I requested a call back, no one called me back or even reached out. I’m still being charged $120 and no one will respond!!!
