william tI know there is construction right now. You need more lights around the building and by the gate to turn in keys. It was difficult to take pictures for mobile turn-in and also not safe for a female at night.
Kathleen FDropping off the trailer was awful. The road to the drop off spot was a nightmare to drive on and getting in touch with the owner the day of drop off was not much better.

Steve MTruck was clean but The alignment was terrible on the truck we rented on Jan.23. We didn't have time to change it out for another - we had to load furniture in that truck the day we picked it up. Evidently U-Haul dealers don't have a way to fix things like that and probably don't care - or the previous renter didn't report it. We rented a 2nd truck for moving the rest of our belongings on Jan. 24. That truck was clean and drove much better than the other.

Jermaine HI was being dropped off by a friend at Republic Self Storage and her blew her tire pulling into the parking lot. The owner came out, was so nice and did everything he could to help us with the tire. When I returned the Uhaul the next day, I was disgusting from the move and had to wait for an Uber to pick me up. The owner let me sit in his office and offered me a bottle of water and talked to me while I waited. Will definitely be using this location in the future!

Anthony NI dropped off with mobile drop off and was sent a bill the next day for over $300. I was charged for driving over 247 @ $1 a mile. I actually drove 50 miles which was included in the price I had already paid. I was over charged almost $250
Leslie JAccurate credit card billing in a timely fashion and improve responsiveness by staff when calling in with a problem. I was billed twice to my credit card by the online team, not the local staff that I used. I am not satisfied.
