We scheduled and called a week before to reserve a truck and auto dolly. We were told no problem, but on the day of we came in and they told us we would be able to get the truck but would need to drive to a different location for the auto transport. The truck struggled the entire trip at times barely making it up hills and flooring the truck would only bring the speed up to about 30mph (specifically on I40 heading out of Knoxville). This did not feel like a safe drive. We were also told that we would be given an additional day but then were charged an additional $200 when we returned the truck and auto transport at noon on the day of the return and we were told we were late. If the 1-800 reservation center can’t give a rental an extra day they should not say that they would make the reservation have an extra day. Overall, totally displeased by this experience.
