Second experience renting. The service was quick and easy. App was very handy.
Jason HWe scheduled and called a week before to reserve a truck and auto dolly. We were told no problem, but on the day of we came in and they told us we would be able to get the truck but would need to drive to a different location for the auto transport. The truck struggled the entire trip at times barely making it up hills and flooring the truck would only bring the speed up to about 30mph (specifically on I40 heading out of Knoxville). This did not feel like a safe drive. We were also told that we would be given an additional day but then were charged an additional $200 when we returned the truck and auto transport at noon on the day of the return and we were told we were late. If the 1-800 reservation center can’t give a rental an extra day they should not say that they would make the reservation have an extra day. Overall, totally displeased by this experience.

Joel SDrop off was different than we expected. We were met in the parking lot, we were asked if we had replaced the fuel, we were asked for the keys and that was all. Literally took 3 mins, which was fine, just less involved than we expected.

Robbin SI had great results on the two-day 15 foot rental from Tyler to Haslet, Texas. Personnel at both start and finish were courteous, informative, and prompt. The truck was clean and fully fueled. Edgar carefully explained the details of the rental, emergency procedures, and features of the truck. (He was ably assisted by Buddy - a totally charming pet!). The lady at Chillymart, Rhome, Texas was likewise careful, courteous, and prompt in the turn-in procedure. We could not be better satisfied with the personnel, the service, and the equipment.
