money issues reserve truck was not available had to go to a larger truck which was uncomfortable to drive and also worst gas mileage drop off there was no Dropbox for the keys had to go back or following your morning customer service to talk to a live agent was over an hour wait fortunately chat was only 15 minutes overall a frustrating difficult situation seems as though U-Haul caters to local rentals not one ways

GREGORY OLarry makes renting at U-Haul a pleasure. He actually sends you videos of where to park the trailer. From what I understand the he shares the parking lot with a restaurant call the Hideaway Grill. This is why he has a parking lot at 363 Division Street. Thanks Larry!!

Steven KI'm not sure it was as much the location, as it was the speed of the system while trying to pick up my rental. It took 50 minutes just to check in and get my keys because of how awful the speed of the system was. We ended up having to resort to self check-in, which was still quite slow due to the clunky app. The truck was very clean however, and the check-out went much smoother.

Karen bAfter I told the vendor what I was hauling- he set us up with rental—- I went out measured the truck he said I needed-( just moving a new and an old fridge- I went back into store told him I thought the truck was tok small , and he assured me I was fine- after. 75 mile round trip I was not in fact fine. Lost money and time and still have two fridges to move. People who rent them should be aware what fits into them.

James MExtremely easy to arrange, helpful and friendly to work with, the van was a pleasure to drive even long distance and was exactly the right size for the job. A larger truck would have been excessive and difficult to park and maneuver.
Jennifer COwner was very unprofessional when refusing to accept the equipment and stated or rather, I said, demanded that the customer wipe down the inside cabinet where their feet was at this fact that it had it dirt on the inside it’s winter time make it make sense stated that it was a total it would be an inconvenience for him to accept the equipment.

Janet MOverall the only discrepancy in the experience was the horrid transmission downshifting at low speed. I never went over 40mph, and the learching at times was alarming.
