I'm not sure it was as much the location, as it was the speed of the system while trying to pick up my rental. It took 50 minutes just to check in and get my keys because of how awful the speed of the system was. We ended up having to resort to self check-in, which was still quite slow due to the clunky app. The truck was very clean however, and the check-out went much smoother.

Everything went smoothly, owner helpful in facilitating procedure
Karen bAfter I told the vendor what I was hauling- he set us up with rental—- I went out measured the truck he said I needed-( just moving a new and an old fridge- I went back into store told him I thought the truck was tok small , and he assured me I was fine- after. 75 mile round trip I was not in fact fine. Lost money and time and still have two fridges to move. People who rent them should be aware what fits into them.

Amy CMy only complaint is the cost after return on paying for milage. 19 a day turns into over a hundred. Other than that, I prefer haul over any other.
