My only confusion was with the phone app... it asked me to begin "check-in" over a week prior to the rental, and it was not clear whether that was paperwork that could be done ahead of time or not. Next time I would just arrange to go inside rather than use the app. The staff needed to give me the key regardless. They were friendly and professional.
David CIt says to put the key in the uhaul drop box but there’s no drop box outside. The store has to be open for me to drop off the truck. That’s not “24/7”
Roshan MNothing special here but was just dropping off our one way rental. Had to ask for agent to provide written confirmation of return and good condition of vehicle,
Lori AWe ordered moving pads but when we arrived we were told they were sold out with no warning to us to accommodate, truck wasn’t very clean in the cabin, both fuel and mileage was wrong and had to go back in and was promised it would be fixed, on return the mileage and gas level had not been corrected or communicated, had to argue with staff about that as the man who checked us in corrected our paper copy and I made him sign it but nothing was changed, ended up getting charged for fuel which was incorrect. Still not sure if we got the refund for the fuel charge. Very disappointing as we lost time and money.

ERICK NI rent some additional equipment for my rental and they don't have it. but i have to figure out until I pick the truck up.
Rodrigo mI rented a truck and paid the 24 hr. rental fee, but I was told it had to be back in 3.5 hrs. for another booking. This significantly rushed my move, adding a lot of stress to an already overwhelming situation. The clerk was polite and I knew it was not his fault, so I did not take my frustration out on him. I have had issues every time my truck has been designated from a convenience store outlet in the past as well, and use the bigger centres only if possible.
ROBYN CThe staff at the convenience store was lovely and the location is very convenient but the lot where the vehicles were parked was not plowed at all even in deep snow and it was very difficult to get in and out
POLLY SLock of parking at the venue is a huge turn off. Else than that everything is good.
NISHANTH SWe parked our car where the clerk instructed us to park, but then received multiple calls from that clerk threatening to have our car towed if we didn’t move it immediately.

Brian WI did not know it was a convenience store. One guy working and serving shopping customers at the same time. The 20 ordered blankets were not there. He did not come out the back to check mileage , gas or condition of vehicle. I want a full tank of gas when I start not a mark on a sheet of paper. The windshield was full of ice, I had to scrape it. It should have been started when I arrive. The lock would not open for the back sliding door, took me 5 minutes, it is poor shape, should pop open.The young man at the end did come back to the truck with me, did a good final job. I will be calling for a rebate of some sort. Let us be clear, without the 20 blankets, as ordered. I had to use towels and big rags to protect the furniture. Very unhappy customer, moving is very stressful.. Les Schmidt
LESLIE SI was charged for two days when I ask to return at 10 I was back at 7 and was charged for a day I wish I could translate thus message for them I still haven't pay the extra $103 I'm copying and passing to face book rhx for the reminder
