This was a terrible experience on many levels. 1. Credit NOT Applied. We picked up the unit in NON working condition and had roadside assistance on our driveway for 5 hours making repairs. They stated they were returning the next day to complete the repairs. When I complained that we had waited one day for the repairs to be done and a second day under the belief that the repair person was returning, I was advised that we would be credited 2 DAYS on the contract - effectively pushing back the return date. When we dropped off the trailer the UHaul person stated we would NOT be charged for extra days. After we got home I discovered an additional credit card charge from UHaul for two extra days! 5. Return Location Error. Upon arriving at our destination - the ONLY place in British Columbia we had EVER stated we were returning the unit we contacted U-Haul to confirm the return address. AGAIN the drop off place was wrongly recorded in the UHaul system! UHaul thought we were dropping off in a completely different place - nowhere near where we were! The mistake was attributed to the fact that the drop off location address had recently changed and therefore the system defaulted to a major center in BC.

Trailers are very heavy and do not have a arm you can lower with a wheel so you can crank them up or down to attach or un attach them. If you are not strong it would be impossible to use alone. This limits who you can rent these trailers to
