Have the rental equipment at location that was chosen for pick up. We had to drive an extra 20 mins to pick up our u-haul. It was not convenient. Have correct address for drop off as the address given was not excepting the pick up I was sent about 1.3 miles down the street to drop the U-Haul off. We also cleaned the whole truck even sweeping out the back and still did not receive out $25 off that was states on a sign on the back wall of the holding area.Timothy C.
Unbelievable rental. Van perfect for what we needed. So clean & anything u needed was provided at no extra cost. Rafael Reyes was great, so pleasant & helpful. Raphael was excellent at resolving a major mess up by UHaul On my rental. I have a document for a confirmed reservation for an enclosed trailer on the 15th last weekend. There was not one there and When Raphael spoke to the person who had it, it was out for another week by her reservation. Luckily Raphael rented me an open trailer that he had on hand but if it had rained that day I would have been in trouble. And luckily the open wagon was available. This was very messy and not sure I will ever rent again from uhaul because of the unreliability. And because there was no offer to make it right by giving me a discount. Bad business model, will post lousy review. BUT Raphael was as helpful as he could be and he deserves thanks And recognition.Colin W.

I am demanding a full refund. I had a terrible experience withe literally everything using u-haul this weekend and the online app/website was not functioning properly. Moreover, I was charged THREE TIMES! This is unacceptable. First I scheduled to pick up in Salem, MA at one time, but was given a different time much farther up at a location in Rowley (then you have the audacity to charge me by the mile...). Then when I got there I was unable to check in and get verified on the Uhaul app. I had to call in and get help twice. The woman on the phone even acknowledged that the Uhaul online system was not functioning that day. When the app asked me for payment it said there was an error. I asked the woman on the Uhaul help line and she said the payment system was not working and to just keep trying. I had to click submit at least 20 times before it finally went through. After that, to retrieve the key I was unable to locate the key and the app just said to seek help from an employee at the location. THE WHOLE POINT OF THE MOBILE CHECK IN IS TO BE ABLE TO GET/DROP OFF THE TRUCK AFTER HOURS WITHOUT THE HELP OF AN EMPLOYEE! I had to wait for someone to show up and ask if they had the key. After over an hour I finally got the truck. For the drop off the app was slow and not working again. I had to restart the drop off my truck process on the app a few times. I was asked to pay again a second time? When I checked my bank statements I was charged three times! When I was able to get the app to work there was no clear instruction on what to do with the keys. I had to call in to the Uhaul help line to have someone explain to me there was a dropbox that was "probably somewhere". When I asked them for a refund they said they were not with customer service and I had to go on the website and contact with email. This has been a disaster and I am going to need my money back. I have had to contact Uhaul over the phone, with the website chat, email and on the app.Colin F.

We reserved a truck via U-Haul 800 number and received confirmation. Unfortunately the did not notify the local dealer so when we arrived for an 8:00 am pick up the door was locked and no one was there. It was an hour later before we were on our way. Very very frustrating and disappointing.ROBERTA B.
I brought the rental truck back with the same amount of gas when I rented the truck. It just under a 1/4 tank of gas when I rented and that is how it was returned. The manager charged me $44 after I left. Not happy and he said he would have u-haul call me back. No call so far. I wouldn't trust these guys. I am disputing the charge through my credit card. Principle on this -$44 may not seem like a lot. And I have the gas receipt too. Think twice before renting through Reyes.TIM H.
Nothing, it's a tiny little office but that doesn't really matter, your renting a truck not a room. The woman who helped with my reservation went above and beyond by measuring the door opening on the van to make sure my stuff would fit, I didn't even ask her to, she volunteered to do it.SEAN W.

We reserved a truck for 8am and no one was in the office until about 8:45. It cost us an extra $100 to reschedule our movers due to the staff at this locations extreme lateness and disrespect for other people's time. I literally couldn't recommend them less.David C.
