The pick up experience was not smooth and the lock was very difficult to open costing me near 20 minutes in the rain.

While I returned the truck after hours (so I'm unable to rate the personnel), there was space to park the truck, everything was in good condition.

BHUPINDER BUpon arrival first thing in the morning, which was 9 AM I was notified that the truck had not been returned to site. Usually you have several trucks on your locations. Not sure what the deal was here, but you would’ve thought that they would’ve arranged to have another vehicle for me before I got there rather than after the fact, so they sent me to another location and once again there it was a bunch of miscommunication, lack of information and what should’ve been a simple pick up your keys and go was a hassle at both locations. I felt that there was Hella very unprofessionally, and if I was ever to. Rent another U-Haul in future I would never go back to either one of those locations even when it came time to return the truck to pay my bill once again, I couldn’t even take care of that because of the lack of communication between both sites. Have a nice day.
JAMES MI was told by the person who took the initial call that at the pick up location will advise which location to drop the vehicle off at. I requested Burnaby. When I asked him which location in Burnaby do I drop off; he said no location is showing right now you can drop in North Vancouver; or call location in Burnaby to see who has space. I feel this is not very well organized drop off location should have been advise at time of pick up or at time of making reservation. I did call 8678 Greenall and I was advise by the clerk that this location does not take drop off. Which I found very strange if they are a neighborhood deal.
NAZ DMore of a system-wide failure, but inspections need to be done when vehicles are returned. We experienced a breakdown in the mountains that would've been avoided by basic maintenance.

LEXXUS LThe system was painfully slow, what should have been a 10 minute interaction took almost 40 minutes because the uhaul network was loading so slowly. The staff member I dealt with was great, not his fault at all. I rented a car trailer that was packed full of sand, rocks, and road grime, this is a safety hazard going down the road for other drivers and should be pressure washed occasionally. Other than that everything went well.

James WThe day befire i pucked up the trailer, I was given a fuel credit because I had to pick up my uhaul drive 30 minutes to pick up my trailer, and then drive 30 minutes back. When I arrived to pick up the truck i was told it had 1/4 fuel but it was on empty and dirty. I was told to call for help and when I called they said my fuel credit for having to drive to Langley toward the issue of the tank being on empty. This was unfair and unintergral. Im very upset with Uhaul. They applied my fuel credit for having to drive an additional hour during move day toward their error of the truck being on empty and said I had to return it at 1/4 fuel or be charged.

JUSTIN HYour website indicates that your 15 foot truck is 15 feet but in fact it’s only 12 feet. We were not able to use the rental because it was too small.

BRYAN HI had to come back to the location again because I deposited US$60 in cash but I was given CAN$60 when I returned the trailer. I didn't realize the mistake until I thought it over. At first they argued that I paid in Canadian dollars in Baker City so I could only get Canadian dollars back. Then they said because I was in the States so I paid US dollars. Since I came to Canada, the dollars could only be given in Canadian dollars of the same amount. After I told the assistant that I was going to call U-haul, he started to get serious. After texting and calling, finally he agreed to give me the difference.

RANDAL BDidn't get the furniture dolly I needed it was on the order. and damaged my fridge cause it was to small. So I wouldn't highly recommend. Parking is limited. I would choose another location if I needed again. Thank you.
MICHAEL LA better way of knowing how much gas to replace after use would be nice. A gas gauge is approximate. I don't think I'm expected to note the mileage used, the fuel economy of the vehicle, then do the math to figure out the exact amount of fuel to replace. Either I underfill and get charged the difference at above the going rate. Or I overfill and get no reimbursement for the difference. How about you rent it out with a full tank, then I know to fill it up before returning it.

Katie GThe location was great, super convenient, but not much to it and had puddles all around all the doors. The self check in process was terrible, took 40 minutes. During our sign up, somehow both my phone number and my partners, who was going to be my reference, were registered to my account so I couldn’t use them as the reference contact. Some of the info, like a passport or lease agreement, is totally arbitrary and I would rather not share with U-Haul. Would much prefer to be able to verify my account and not have to jump through all the hoops at pickup time. Taking pictures was a great experience, and the chat app surprisingly worked great on mobile. But the rest of the process was slow and tedious, and compared to other platforms like Evo, felt very outdated
KENSEY EMaybe a bit better signage and a second entrance… for those of us not familiar with the area. The driveway comes up quick on a fast moving section if 4 lane highway. Still 5 stars overall.

PHILIP PWhen a person rents a moving truck and a car hauler. You shouldn’t have Togo to different towns or cities to tick up the equipment. It should be all at one place. Wouldn’t recommend renting to my worst enemy.

I was told I needed to go to Staples or a place like that to get my email printed that’s not acceptable in my mind the place of business the attendant lied he told U-Haul that he would go ahead and print it. I waited, I called back. You guys talk to him again and he said that it’s broken the printer he laughed at me while I drove away. I was very upset and you did nothing.

VICTOR LTrailer’s pickup point was randomly changed on us. Although the inside dimensions advertised a 12’ length, it ended up being 11’ 9”. Had to leave the rear shutter door open and drive 900k with road dust ending up everywhere on the furniture. No sympathy from the vendor just “so do you want it or not?”
