We showed up to pick up the Uhaul and no one was was at the office. Called the manager and she said that uhaul didn't notify her that there was a rental. We were on a time schedule and was late for where we needed to be. Office was a mess and we also were not notified about the $80 day rental if you exceed 100 miles.John R.

When I arrived my reservation was not to be found, yet my driver license information was in the system which is a little scary to me. Also, I was charged $10 CDW coverage which I have no idea what that is, waived all insurances with my reservation. I want a credit for the coverage and a new receipt.Melanie F.

I had originally held a van at the Grafton Rd, Morgantown WV location. When I arrived for pick the door was locked and no one was there. I was not pleased! Had to drive to Earl L Core Rd... they were awesome ! Not at all pleased with Grafton Rd, who took my credit card#.Linda J.
