Made a reservation for 3pm and when I arrived for pickup the key to the van wasn't even at the same location. Didn't get to leave with the rental until after 330pm. Supplies I reserved online (and was ostensibly charged for) were not available for use. I never actually received finalized charges so I'm not even sure what I paid for.
