The woman working there, I believe she is the owner of the deli, was very rude to me. She didn't even look up when I walked in the store and stood in front of her. I truly feel she was being racist because all the other customers who didn't look like me got a greeting from her. When I returned the truck she informed me that I wouldn't know what the final cost was until I got the email. I told her I hope I'm not told that it's much more than I anticipated. She barked at me so I told her she was rude. My neighbor went in the store after I left and she proceeded to talk about me to him and another customer for 10 minutes. I find that totally unprofessional and rude. I will never go back to her store again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMade a reservation for 3pm and when I arrived for pickup the key to the van wasn't even at the same location. Didn't get to leave with the rental until after 330pm. Supplies I reserved online (and was ostensibly charged for) were not available for use. I never actually received finalized charges so I'm not even sure what I paid for.
