I really like that location….she is very helpful and politely gave answer to my all questions .I recommend that location it’s fast and easy to pick up..

I reserved 20 ft truck they didn’t have it gave me 26 ft instead and charged me more then my reservation was for and charges me a fuel Charge I brought it back with more fuel Then it had when I picked it up I have pics of mileage and fuel I will Dispute charges with my credit card

mike WWe dropped off the Uhaul at 4:30pm that’s when it was due to be returned. They stated the return was at 6:34pm and we were charged $57 I called customer service talked with Toni she tried to call them to speak about it. But no answer she left message to call her back. Awaiting response.
David GIf you want to be treated as a valued customer, this location is the place to go. The owners took care of us personally. They own a gasoline station and convenience store just off of I 95 in Ormand Beach, Florida. When we went to pick up the vehicle in the morning, one of the owners made sure everything worked for us. She was previously oncerned that there might be an issue with the vehicle and had U-Haul Maintenance come out and look at it before we left. (John, the maintenance person, based in Daytona Beach International Drive location, was professional, friendly and wanted to make sure our vehicle was perfect before we left the location.) This experience was outstanding. We will do business with these folks again. They made us feel like neighbors. A great experience all around.
