This was an absolutely wonderful experience. The lady that was working when we picked up was so friendly and helpful and when I couldn't get the app to load for the after-hours drop off, they were so kind when I called in on Monday morning to let them know and see what I needed to do. They took care of everything for me. I have used UHaul a few times over the years and this was hands down the best experience I've had. I would 1000000% recommend this location to my friends and family!

Nobody assisted me during drop off, they had closed the office and left a note on door if you needed assistance, I called them and they told me to leave truck and they would send me a receipt later.

The back of the uhaul was not swept out or cleaned, someone prior to me using it must have had animals in it because I had to sweep up hay and dirt as well as mop up urine. It smelled so bad and stunk ip my household items.

No improvements needed. Camille was amazing, super helpful and kind. I really appreciated Camille’s level of customer service and helping me out in a bind as I wasn't expecting to rent a truck that day. I would 100% recommend this location.

The woman who helped us was extremely friendly and accommodating. Her level of customer service was totally above and beyond, so much so that I almost felt like crying tears of relief. She made our long-distance move incredibly less stressful, and I can't say how much I appreciated her assistance/kindness. Others in customer service would be wise to follow her example! 5 stars!

Staff at this location were great to work with. Uhaul phone customer service to change my location drop off were awful. The truck I had also leaked when raining and ruined my piano bench. When I tried to file a claim with uhaul customer service they were horrible.

There is no cell service at this location, which made self serve pickup almost impossible. It took us a full hour to get the self check in process completed because the website kept crashing. We have Verizon so we have good coverage, this was a huge stressor the morning of a move and ate up a big chunk of our reservation time.

An older truck with steering and transmission issues. Over worked ok. Eat a lot of fuel for 40 miles. Suspect vacuum leak effecting transmission and mileage. Great people

The location was okay. but using the online self check in and out was extremely difficult. It took me an hour to get checked in and on our way. It took talking to a customer support person to resolve the issue and get us checked in. Lots of steps to do. Will only use a place that has

the pick up process was quite messy. the emails remind you to "bring your mobile device" but doesn't tell you will need to photograph yourself AND have your passport with you, OR the need to call a person to verify it's really you. i won't be doing that again. also, the person at this office was not there. i had to wait for a long time. my truck was very dirty, i have photos of pieces of tomatoes, lettuce, dirty windshield (i had to go straight to a gas station to clean my windshield as it was borderline unsafe to drive like that). the driver side sun visor is broken and if you move it it flops down onto the driver's face. had to manually put it back together. not quite the experience i was expecting.

Upon arriving at location as noted in the contract, personal were off site. Called the number, employee stated we were not schedule to return to their facility. Took a picture of the contract & shared w/ employee. Asked if the contract addendum via conversation w/ employee @ 1-800 # has been noted. She did not have access !?! Had to leave key and contract in the return box. Waited for employee to return, in which she said 10 minutes, waited 20 without her arrival.

It was the cleanest truck I’ve ever rented. As with every UHaul truck I’ve ever rented from any location, the maintenance is poor. I’m assuming because of all the poor maintenance experiences I’ve had, UHaul does not maintain their fleet, which is pretty scary since it can be life or death. This particular truck really needs a front end alignment and have the steering linkage checked out. There were some very unusual vibrations, and clunks while steering as well. I had to keep the steering wheel to around the 10 o’clock position just to go straight. I wish UHaul would take maintenance more seriously, especially with how much they charge these days.

Bands that Ridgefield Washington is the birthplace of U-Haul you would have thought it would have been their Flagship representation even today even though it isn't their headquarter base any longer the place that I returned to had inadequate parking for large trucks and was already full of trucks and no place to park Street side with the trucks so it made it difficult for others wanting to come in to the rental side of the business to get past the truck and into the rental part of the business I should be thinking that out a little more into having more parking space for sure

We found this storage place to be extremely helpful. We moved to Washington from Georgia and had to do locating a storage unit during a very hectic time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. two thumbs up from us!!!!!

The electronic billing system appears accurate only on standard end of month billing, but not if you close your account outside of that cycle. It inaccurately indicates you still owe a payment amount even though you are paid up.
