Too expensive. Either charge me for gas, or for mileage. Not both, that’s greedy and I’ll be looking for other services in the future.
Ryan MWhen I am scheduled for a 7:00 p.m. drop off U-Haul should know that their business closes at this location at 4:30 and there is a fine for leaving the U-Haul vehicle there without permission.

Sheryl SFuel level was at half a tank when I left the pick up location. Prior to returning the truck I brought the fuel level back up to half a tank again. Was an after hours drop off. Got my receipt and was charged for two gallons of fuel after they showed it below half a tank. Also showed more miles to empty than when I picked the truck up. Don't understand how I hadn't refueled it enough
