We picked up the truck drove 35 miles. Had to bring the truck back because the mirror was not tightened. Lost out on two hours. Had to exchange trucks.. ended up not getting home until 1:30 in the morning due to the last time I’m driving back to the rental and exchanging trucks
THOMAS WMobile check in was difficult. Site was not clear and lagged in loading. Locks were difficult to open. My blankets were not in the back of the truck. Truck ran really rough. Would opt for a location with staff.
