Trucks need to be inspected for an engine acceleration issue when coming to a stop. Very Dangerous!!! 1st truck issue happened right when stopping to pull onto the street from the lot. Changed trucks. 2nd truck had the same issue, but did not happen regularly. Throughout the next several hours I brought the truck to a stop 20-25 times and the issue occurred 3 times. Made a couple very light loads and returned the truck. Was not comfortable driving any further.

It needs to be made a lot clearer that mileage isn’t calculated into the rate. I was expecting $39 for this rental and was shocked when it was $81. Felt sneaky.

Drop off location was changed 2 times without us being aware of it. When arrived at the location we were told it to drop off the uhaul for a second time and was told once again the location was wrong. We were then told we may be charged more for leaving it at the location that we were told to drop it off at.

We picked up the truck drove 35 miles. Had to bring the truck back because the mirror was not tightened. Lost out on two hours. Had to exchange trucks.. ended up not getting home until 1:30 in the morning due to the last time I’m driving back to the rental and exchanging trucks

Mobile check in was difficult. Site was not clear and lagged in loading. Locks were difficult to open. My blankets were not in the back of the truck. Truck ran really rough. Would opt for a location with staff.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience. The lady that was working when we picked up was so friendly and helpful and when I couldn't get the app to load for the after-hours drop off, they were so kind when I called in on Monday morning to let them know and see what I needed to do. They took care of everything for me. I have used UHaul a few times over the years and this was hands down the best experience I've had. I would 1000000% recommend this location to my friends and family!

Nobody assisted me during drop off, they had closed the office and left a note on door if you needed assistance, I called them and they told me to leave truck and they would send me a receipt later.

The back of the uhaul was not swept out or cleaned, someone prior to me using it must have had animals in it because I had to sweep up hay and dirt as well as mop up urine. It smelled so bad and stunk ip my household items.

No improvements needed. Camille was amazing, super helpful and kind. I really appreciated Camille’s level of customer service and helping me out in a bind as I wasn't expecting to rent a truck that day. I would 100% recommend this location.

The woman who helped us was extremely friendly and accommodating. Her level of customer service was totally above and beyond, so much so that I almost felt like crying tears of relief. She made our long-distance move incredibly less stressful, and I can't say how much I appreciated her assistance/kindness. Others in customer service would be wise to follow her example! 5 stars!

Staff at this location were great to work with. Uhaul phone customer service to change my location drop off were awful. The truck I had also leaked when raining and ruined my piano bench. When I tried to file a claim with uhaul customer service they were horrible.

There is no cell service at this location, which made self serve pickup almost impossible. It took us a full hour to get the self check in process completed because the website kept crashing. We have Verizon so we have good coverage, this was a huge stressor the morning of a move and ate up a big chunk of our reservation time.

An older truck with steering and transmission issues. Over worked ok. Eat a lot of fuel for 40 miles. Suspect vacuum leak effecting transmission and mileage. Great people

We found this storage place to be extremely helpful. We moved to Washington from Georgia and had to do locating a storage unit during a very hectic time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. two thumbs up from us!!!!!

I would recommend this storage facility to anyone. On my first day I had a small issue. It was after hours and the owner was there within a few minutes. The issue was resolved right away. That is what I call great customer service.

The electronic billing system appears accurate only on standard end of month billing, but not if you close your account outside of that cycle. It inaccurately indicates you still owe a payment amount even though you are paid up.
