The address to the location was wrong. I had to drive around the area to find it. The number to call went to an automated voice message and said that they were CLOSED, so I could not call for directions. The equipment I indicated I wanted to rent was not left inside the truck and since the office was closed, there was no way to inquire about it. I wish that it was disclosed better that equipment was subject to availability. The check in and check out process was extensive and not user friendly. I was hoping for a more seamless experience while using the mobile truck share feature, but was disappointed.

The older gentleman here was a bit gruff and didn’t share much information with me about turning on the truck other than I’d get an email from Uhaul. That was it. This location was FULL of trucks and trailers so he may have been overwhelmed.
Autumn BThis was a filthy horrible shack on the side of a road. I did not feel safe at all in this location. The person who worked there yelled at me to leave the keys and van & go. So I did, and then had to wait for over 24 hours for him to bother to check it in. I was never told that I could do it myself on your app, but it doesn't matter because I doubt I would've been able to get a signal way out in that creepy place anyway. I will never go back there.
ROSE LThe owner seems nice but has no sense of urgency nor does he seem to value anyone’s time but his own. The building that he operates out of is also less than desirable. Using the app to complete the rental process made the whole experience tolerable

KELLY RYou charged me $25 for gasoline. But the gas meter on the receipt did not reflect the gas meter when I returned it. Nor was the gas meter accurate when I picked it up. Do not charge me for this gasoline.
JACK HTruck was not clean in the back or in cabin area. Was told that the miles would be discounted as though I’ve already sent $1,100.00 with company for a one way from Ohio.

JIMMY LThe truck was perfect. The only issue I had was the mobile pick up and drop off for the truck. The app was glitching any time I tried to add and upload “before” photos of the truck. The same thing happened when I went to return the truck. I am disappointed in the app and I hope I don’t get charged extra due to certain photos and pick up/drop off steps not being completed in the app.

The person who I assumed was the owner/manager at this location was polite but he didn't understand the charges that he had made. So that was very unprofessional, the situation was fixed and I am currently waiting to see if the correct amount will come out of my account because I currently have 3 charges pending because of his mistakes.

MARK FWebsite said they were open at 8 but when we arrived at 9 no one was there and door was locked. Had to use key drop off.
JEFFREY HRented a 20’ U-Haul and received it with 1/4 gas, returned the vehicle with 1/4 gas and they charged $25.50 and $30.00 for fuel, stating that it was at 1/2 a tank. That is over range. Why should I pay a fee for fuel that was not there when I received it. Also, the app was taking so long to load and I could not return the U-Haul with the proper photos that were required. If I was not in such a rush and so frustrated the day of my move, I would have taken photos via my phone.
