i’ve always had a GREAT experience with uhaul at multiple locations until this one. the uhaul hours online at this location said they opened at 7am and i was able to reserve a 15’ truck for that time. i waited over an hour for someone to open the store only to be insulted and offended by the store owner who said “good! that’s good that you waited an hour because we don’t open until 8”. when i told him he should update his hours with uhaul he laughed and asked “do you think uhaul is going to change that?” um.. YES?? he asked if i even tried calling anyone when i got there at 7 and i showed him my call log with multiple calls which he ignored. he then proceeded to tell me to wait because he was counting his registers and opening his lottery machine. he then called someone else and finally hands me my keys at 8:23. that’s nearly an hour and a half after my reservation time. i needed to move over an hour away and was now 2 hrs behind schedule. it was really inconvenient and to also deal with a rude store owner made for a not so pleasant moving day. i have since reached out to customer support and will be hearing back soon. i hope someone reads this and is able to avoid this location because it is just a very bad look for uhaul to be partnered with this location and its owners.

Even though she was the only one at this location she was friendly and explained everything that was done.

The girl working there had no idea what an auto transport even was, and I had to hook it up all by myself. That doesn’t sound like much but for a woman in her mid 50s it was not easy. I’m lucky I managed to get my auto safely across country. I definitely would not recommend this location.
