Tried to call the location 3 times over 3 hours about dropping off the trailer, no answer and no return call. Finally just went there. Went into office, person was busy and said just leave it. So I unhooked, but storage area is on a slight hill. Looked for a wheel chock, none in area. Went back in office and found a 2x4 and went out and chocked a wheel. I was uncomfortable with just leaving it with no inspection. So I went back in the office again, left the contract no., and name so there would be no confusion. I also took a bunch of pics as my trust was low. I did get a receipt a couple of hours later stating I did not owe anything, so that was something.
Thomas MVery rude and unprofessional. This was our second stop, as the first place was apparently the wrong location, and when we arrived, the people came outside to ask me to move the U-Haul. I did not want to, as it would be hard to move. I asked if any paperwork needed to be done, and he was like no we are only a drop-off point. Every question I asked, I was told no, we are only a drop-off location
Robyn SThey didn’t bother to deal with my return until the following day. And then tried to charge me an extra day. It is a terrible representative of your company and fouled an otherwise pleasant experience.
