This comment is for U-Haul, not the location where I made a pickup. My reservation was originally set for Piggly Wiggly in Danville. I went to that location and the staff told me they did not have my reservation. The reservation had moved to Lakeside Motors (how?!). I went there and they were closed and the truck was not ready for after hours checkout (even though I found a text saying the vehicle would be ready at that location). U-Haul ultimately helped me secure the truck at a third location. There the app was very ineffective and I could not upload any photos of the vehicle.
