We feel we were overcharged for a uhaul we needed to move brand new couches but the uhaul when we got it waa dirty in the back of the truck dirt everywhere. The gentleman who served us wasn't very knowledgeable of rhe uhaul services we felt misguided and we know we overpaid. We rented a 15foot uhaul to go 100miles toi simply relocate a couch and we were charged 251$ when we returned the truck that same gentleman tried to charge us anothr 82$ we were outraged so we left the store. Wouldn't recommend this uhaul location to anyone. Try belleville uhaul just down off bridge street or napanee Camden variety store. VERY CRAP SERVICE AT RIVERVIEW CONVENIENCE. SAVE URSELF THE HASSLE

I originally placed a booking for a 15’ truck at Dulux paints in Napanee. I received a call stating that the previous booking had not returned the truck at that time and was offered a 10’ truck, which was available at the Beckers store location in Napanee. I asked if there was any 15’ trucks available and she said no, not at that time. Since the movers had already arrived & I was strapped for time, I accepted the 10’ truck. We ended up making two trips from Napanee- Belleville and back again to load more furniture. When I went to the Beckers store to inquire about kilometer cost, the gentlemen told me I should have taken the 15’ truck. I let him know that the lady at dulux paints told me there were no 15’ trucks available and he said there has been a 15’ truck sitting outside waiting to be rented all day. I ended up with a very stressful day, paying the movers double for two trips and paying uhall double kilometers when I could have rented the 15’ truck in the first place! That was not fair.
