In this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, ensure that the van/truck/equipment has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. I was absolutely shocked to see that this had not been done when I picked up the rental.

The miles to start in the receipt was different from the miles to start on the dashboard. I got charged for 100 plus miles when we just drove it for 6 to 11 miles tops. Return my money. The guys charged us and just ask to file dispute

DO NOT rent from this location! They presented one contract during pick up and then printed another one upon check-out with new higher fees for extra days. Make sure the mileage is printed correct from day one from time and watch out for the insurance added without authorization. When asked to explain the incorrect and misleading contract, the manager Syed Raza began yelling at me saying he's a 3rd party vendor and I should take it with UHaul directly. Which I did and still waiting for Uhaul to adjust the inflated/false charges.

The hours that Uhaul promises do not correspond to the hours this place is open. So we were charged for a full day instead of the few hours we actually needed the truck, and had to keep the truck overnight because we picked up at 4:30 and he closed at 5pm. Funny, because originally we had pickup for the Uhaul at 5:30pm, but he would have been closed already -- how would that work??? Stupid.

I was very disappointed with the service today. I was in a rush and forgot to take a picture of the odometer. I returned the vehicle and was told I drove 6 more miles than I did. Since, I didn't take a picture, it was his word against mine. Of course, he refused to reimburse me. Lesson learned, this shop can;t be trusted.

I love Uhaul and have used it many times in the past when moving. However, my experience at this location was both confusing and subpar. This location is not open on Sunday, so picking up on a Saturday I would not be able to return it within the 24 hour period. When I asked how we could resolve this, as I only needed the truck for one day, I was told to leave it in the nearby parking lot of another business when I done but that I would be responsible for the towing fees if it was towed. I was then told if I returned it on Monday early I would not be charged. When I returned the truck a different worker was there and he exclaimed they because I returned it on Monday I would be charged for three days of use. I was very upset because I was told one thing when I picked up the truck only to be confronted with a jacked up bill and an attitude from the new worker when I returned it. Not a pleasant experience at all. I would not recommend this location!

It was worst experience ever. I chose location which supposed to work from 9am. I have scheduled my truck pick up at 10 am - 1 hour later. However, when I came, that location was closed and when I called the number of that place (RJ Executive Limousine LLC), the guy, probably owner, told me that he will arrive at 11am. I had to wait 1 hour for him to arrive. When he eventually arrived, he gave me only truck that I ordered. When I asked him where is ordered equipment - he told me he doesn't know about it. Also he said that if I used his company directly, I wouldn't have any of those issues. This guy is complete joke. Such places shouldn't even be ordered to customers.

I reserved a 10 ft for 915am and it was confirmed. I get to the location a little late due to traffic. Now I'm rushing because I'm already running late. Only to find out the place isnt open and was not opening for another hour or so. The owner showed up at 11:45. His only response to me was sorry he never got the email that I had reserved the truck. I had booked 2 days in advance. Then I asked for a hand truck and he didnt have that either.

The worst customer service I have ever received. Not from RJ rental but from U Haul... switched our reservation without telling us and it cost us a lot more $ than it should have because of it. I am very upset with your company and customer service/support.
