Great store great staff great location great experience
Heyli FThe automated system did not work, it took an hour and a half to unlock the key box due to the system not working and nobody on the phone being able to help. This is no fault of this location but on Uhaul as a whole. I was bounced to several different people on the phone who all did not help before I finally fixed the issue myself. Absolutely useless feature to allow a customer to pick up a truck with a store closed if it can't guarantee that the customer will be able to do it.
Brennan KThe uhaul wouldn’t start, needed to be jumped and tires were low and needed air. The gentlemen were helpful, but wasn’t a good feeling as I needed to drive back to Virginia. Tires were never inflated. I let it run for about 40 mins. Unfortunately, it died at an Amish home where I was picking up furniture I had made. I had to rely on a neighbor of the Amish that offered to jump the uhaul. I did call back the location I picked the uhaul up, but was told to contact uhaul. I let the uhaul run for a few hours after the neighbor jumped it and it seemed to be okay. The neighbor also looked at the battery and realized the connection was loose. He tightened it. I was hesitant to shut it off on my trip home, but needed to use the restroom. Luckily, it did start. The connection was bad to the battery, and it was obvious the truck hadn’t been checked prior to my use. This responsibility should not fall on the renter. Moving is stressful enough and the trucks are expensive as it is.
