Great experience - Went very well!
john armstrongSurprisingly there were items left in the back of the truck when I picked it up. These were things that I did not order a number of blankets and an appliance dolly. The previous renter did not clean out the back of the truck as required so I did on completion of my move. The cab of the truck was clean so there was no need to do anything with that. I was pleased to know that I had 24 hours to return the truck this was very well appreciated due to the fact that my moving help could not arrive on the day I picked up the truck. Nothing to do with U-Haul rental.

JULIE ANN TIETZ-FEKKENMy entire experience with Uhaul was horrible! 1st my reservation was switched to whitehall when my storage unit was in Muskegon. Then my boxes or dolly weren't in the truck. I had to put my things in garbage bags because it was Sunday morning and nobody was around. I couldn't find boxes until the uhaul.on Apple opened. And I had to leave my refrigerator and stove behind because I had one person helping me move who couldn't lift the heavier items. Complete disaster of a day. The manager called the next day and was very apologetic. Offered to give the reservation fee back. That took almost 2 weeks. Then almost 30 days later, they take $200 off my card. I am still waiting for a reply from the manager again. It's been 3 days since I emailed him. Will never use Uhaul again!!
Jami PriceI had called on Thursday to them asking to rent 10' one way. Was told they couldn't let the truck go one way because they were book on weekend. Call another location @ was informed she found one at this location for one way???? So they lied. U-HAUL Company update: The reservation system did not work as intended. Mr. Lohman did not lie. Thank you for the feedback. We will use this to improve.
GEORGE BOWSERThe digital app pickup did not work at all. I was asked to click buttons in emails that did not exist. It was an endless loop that continually brought me to misleading information on how to accomplish my task. I'm a UX designer - this was the worst UX I've seen in my life. Incredibly frustrating on a day when I just needed keys to a truck. The store owner (who just happened to be there on a Saturday) had to override for me, and use his master key. Hot garbage.
Shaun MooreThe online pick up process was absolutely terrible (by no fault of the location). The software repeatedly thought that I had already picked up the truck when I hadn't received the key code yet. It took me over 2 hours to get my truck. I will never use this system again.
Jacob SimmonsThe cab does smell like a smoker used it last and my husband has asthma. Are clients allowed to smoke in the cabs? We have rented from Uhaul several times and this is the first time the cab has been smokey. Just some feedback.
MATTHEW GILL MOOREBETTER DIRECTIONS/MAP It was way out of our normal travel area, (28 miles in a direction I had never gone) and we were not familiar with the area. (A slightly larger sign would be nice. The trucks were back away from the road, and we drove by once without seeing them.)

Gary GagnonThe vehicle was clean and served it's purpose. I do feel it was a bit pricey. I only needed the truck for less than 2 hours to haul 1 table a total of 31 miles and it cost me almost $75. I wish there would have been more size choices and maybe an hourly rate.
